Join this practical digital photography course at PHM, run by the Workers’ Educational Association (WEA)

Vote with your feet: walk this way and join a practical, digital photography course at the People’s History Museum, run by the Workers’ Educational Association (WEA).

You will visit the Election! Britain Votes exhibition for inspiration and produce your own ‘political portraits’.  This course will cover the basic aspects of digital photography including composition and exposure.  The course will also look at photographs from the museum’s photographic collection as well as their political banners.  Weather permitting, attendees will use the great outdoors to create some social documentary photography.

Bring along your own digital camera, or you can borrow one of ours for the duration of the course.

  • The course runs from Friday 5 June to Friday 17 July

Suitable for adults aged 19 and over, all levels and abilities welcome
