WebRoots Democracy

WebRoots Democracy is hosting a panel discussion looking into how the internet can boost voter engagement.  Millions of us in the UK now bank, shop, socialise, and entertain ourselves online but can the internet help engage the masses in voting?  Can we make voting go viral?
