What factors impact on women’s working lives today?  Join our monthly creative textile workshop to collaboratively produce a piece of artwork rich in personal responses and exploration, looking at how women have and still are campaigning for better working conditions, and what still needs to be improved today.

Participants can attend individual workshops or join us on a regular basis to shape how the work develops.

As part of our International Women’s Day celebrations we will look at the lives of social justice campaigners Esther Roper and Eva Gore-Booth, who campaigned for equal rights for working class women, and who feature in our exhibition Never Going Underground: The Fight for LGBT+ Rights.
