Hannah Newcomb, International Development Manager talks about The Co-operative’ s commitment to tackling poverty since its founders, the Rochdale Pioneers, came together to take a stand against exploitation.

Today, The Co-operative is doing more than ever to help tackle global poverty, from its pioneering approach to Fairtrade, support for overseas co-operatives and partnership on lendwithcare.org – the innovative microlending scheme.
