Film screening 1.00pm – 1.15pm, followed by the making of the work and the chance to meet the artist and get your print signed.

Join graffiti artist Stewy for a day of celebrating Mary Wollstonecraft through art.  A documentary about Stewy’s work on Wollstonecraft, Manchester icons and graffiti will be screened at 1.00pm, followed by Stewy creating the third version of his Mary Wollstonecraft graffiti work.  This will be followed by a chance to buy signed screen prints and chat with the artist.

Mary Wollstonecraft limited edition print © StewySpecial offer for event attendees: Get your hands on a limited edition Mary Wollstonecraft print by Stewy.  On the day only, prints will be half price AND you can get it signed by Stewy himself!  Any prints not sold on the day will be available in our shop for £150.  All proceeds go to supporting the work of the museum.

Booking Requirements: Booking required via Eventbrite

  • Please note event attendees must arrive at least ten minutes before the start time of the event, otherwise their booked space will be given to someone on the reserve list
  • Please contact the museum as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your reservation so your place can be given to another visitor
  • Please note all donations are non refundable
