Explore the emotions behind the objects

Duration 45 minutes

Uncover the real people’s history of some of the museum’s objects.  Forget about the facts and focus on the feelings.  We subvert the idea of a museum tour and ask you the questions – what can you see?  How is that person feeling?  What do you think is happening?

Taking our picket line as a starting point we’ll explore what it may have been like to go on strike at different points throughout history.

Suitable for adults and young people

  • Treat yourself to 15% off in The Left Bank cafe bar when you attend an event at the People’s History Museum
