Have you been inspired by Parliament Week and want to make your voice heard?  We’ve invited local decision makers and politicians to come and discuss the challenges of austerity and its impact on marginalised groups, especially refugees and people seeking asylum.

The panel will be chaired by Prof James Nazroo, Director of Centre on Dynamics of Ethnicity, University of Manchester.

Panel members include:

  • Sean Anstee, Leader of Trafford Council
  • Angela Rayner, MP for Ashton-under-Lyne
  • Graham Stringer, MP for Blackley and Broughton
  • Alex Whinnom, Chief Executive, GMCVO
  • TBC: A representative from a local refugee support organisation/ from Manchester BME Network

Put your questions to the panel and find out where they stand on the issues.  Delivered in partnership with Regional Asylum Activism.  Part of Parliament Week 2015.
