Starters

  • Wild mushroom, Port & Stilton pâté with a Cumberland pickle (v)
  • Bubble & squeak soup with candied chestnuts & roasted bacon
  • Chargrilled smoked salmon with orange glazed beetroot
  • Pork prune & Armagnac rillettes with herb croutes

Main Courses

  • Roasted turkey with traditional accompaniments
  • Pig in blanket – slow roasted pork belly filled with sage & pear, wrapped in cured bacon
  • Gamekeeper’s pie – venison, pheasant & guinea fowl in rich ale gravy
  • Seabass with a squid & cannellini stew
  • Braised fennel with a rich tomato sauce (v) & gluten free

Desserts

  • Poached pear in mulled wine with a rich chocolate cinnamon sauce & walnut & pear brownie
  • Christmas pudding pancake with a cherry brandy sauce
  • Stilton, apple chutney & biscuits served with a glass of winter-spiced Port

Unique dining experience in the Engine Hall

  • A unique dining experience in the museum’s magnificent Engine Hall for groups of 60 to 150: £1,000.00 (5.00pm – 12.00am)

We are also able to hire in for an additional cost PA systems and a DJ as required.

All prices include VAT, minimum numbers apply, 25% deposit required to confirm booking.
