Since 2017 people all over the country have held annual events inspired by the late Jo Cox. The events are designed to bring people together to celebrate what they have in common. Through the Great Get Together people across the country make new connections and promote Jo’s message of unity.
Join us at People’s History Museum for this year’s Great Get Together on the theme of welcome in partnership with Refugee Week.
Visitors to the museum can visit our More in Common: in memory of Jo Cox exhibition that explores and celebrates Jo’s life and legacy and take part in creative activities that celebrate community including a special tour of the exhibition at 1.30pm from members of our More in Common group.
